AminoCloud^® is a registered trademark of Amino Health Inc., registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The AminoCloud wordmark, logos, and associated trade dress are the exclusive property of Amino Health Inc. and are protected under federal trademark law.

Trademark Usage Guidelines

The following guidelines govern the use of the AminoCloud^® wordmark by third parties:

Proper Use

Always write “AminoCloud” as a single word with a capital “A” and capital “C”
Use the ® symbol on first or most prominent reference in published materials
Use AminoCloud as an adjective followed by a generic descriptor (e.g., “AminoCloud® platform”, “AminoCloud® software”)
Include the attribution notice: “AminoCloud is a registered trademark of Amino Health Inc.”

Prohibited Use

Do not alter, abbreviate, or hyphenate the wordmark (e.g., “Amino-Cloud”, “amino cloud”, “AC”)
Do not use AminoCloud as a noun or verb (e.g., “an AminoCloud”, “AminoClouding”)
Do not incorporate the mark into your own product names, company names, or domain names
Do not use the mark in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written authorization
Do not use the mark in a manner that disparages Amino Health Inc. or its products

Referential Use

You may use the AminoCloud® wordmark without permission solely for purposes of truthfully referring to or describing AminoCloud's products and services (nominative fair use), provided such use does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement. Any other use requires prior written permission from Amino Health Inc.

To request permission to use the AminoCloud® mark or to report unauthorized use, contact legal@aminocloud.com.

Other product and company names mentioned on this website may be trademarks of their respective owners. Use of any trademarks on this website does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.

Patents

AminoCloud may have patent applications pending or issued patents covering various aspects of our Laboratory Resource System. Information about specific patents will be made available as applicable.

Open Source Software

AminoCloud's Laboratory Resource System is built using various open-source libraries and frameworks. We are grateful to the open-source community for their contributions.

Each open-source component is used in accordance with its respective license. Notices and attributions for open-source software components are available within our software documentation and license files.

Export Compliance

Software and technical data available from AminoCloud may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

By using our software and services, you agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not:

Located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. embargo
Listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
Engaging in activities related to the design, development, or production of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missile technology without proper authorization
